Using your credit/debit card at Harry & Co Homeware is completely safe
When you order any of our items on-line, you can rest assured that your credit/debit card details and any personal details including name and address are safe. All of your details will go straight to Paypal or through Stripe. We don't use a system where you will need to join or log into Harry & Co Homeware. We will NOT have any of your details on OUR system. When you have purchased your items Paypal or Stripe will inform us of the item and the address to send your item to.
When you click on the add to cart button your item will be added to a virtual cart as it would on other websites and you will be offered a choice to continue to shop or to go to the checkout. This page is secure and will be highlighted with a locked padlock. Please note that you can pay either by card without being a Paypal member or through Paypal using your account. For people who prefer not to use Paypal there is the straight forward virtual cart. We do not penalize your choice of payment by adding a surcharge. You will just be charged for your items.You can delete items that you do not wish to purchase on this page before checkout. The rest is straightforward.

Shipping
All items will be sent using a courier service or Royal Mail International Signed For service which is by airmail and takes between 5-7 working days for delivery.
Your item will be packed and sent within 2 days of payment. Paintings will be packed and collected from us within 3 days and delivered 7 - 10 days. We will always contact you to tell you that your item has been collected or posted along with the tracking number
Change or Cancel an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order you must contact us as soon as possible. You can contact us either by email with the information of the item(s) . 99% of our items are packed and ready to send the following day . If you make a mistake or change your mind in the evening just email us as we can rectify everything the next day before sending the item to you.
If your items have already been sent, then you will need to follow our returns procedure.
Returns Procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item(s) provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time ( usually within 20 days from when the item was delivered, we use a tracked service)
If we find that the item(s) has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged by you. As we do not sell mass manufactured products the item you will see on sale is the item that you will receive. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Before you return your item(s) please contact us and let us know. This will help us get the paperwork ready.
Re-pack your item with care.
Once your item has been received and checked for damage and is resalable we will refund the amount of the item(s) ( we'll do it on the same day that we receive your return).
Please Note that unlike other online retailers we do not nit pick over the original undamaged packaging as long as the item(s) are resalable that is all that concerns us in returns and that is all that we will be looking for.
